For attendees, it was a day of motivation, success stories, career strategies and networking!   Participants received information about petrochemical and industrial trades career fields and heard from women in the industry about specific careers and what it takes to obtain a position in that field.

Everyone enjoyed a powerhouse lunch, heard from a panel of HR representatives about how to get hired and received college information regarding classes, financial aid, degrees and certificates.   Attendees also had the opportunity to visit with industry representatives to showcase careers and opportunities in the field.
