Dear EHCMA Member:

Thank you for your continued support of the East Harris County Manufacturers Association (EHCMA). EHCMA is the largest organization of its kind in the world. Our membership and accomplishments continue to grow.

Normally, during this time of year, we like to take an opportunity to celebrate our supporters with EHCMA’s annual dinner. While it is important to recognize the achievements of our members and partners who have worked tirelessly over the past year to ensure EHCMA’s overall success, in the wake of key events in 2019, coupled with input from the EHCMA Board of Directors, we have decided to postpone holding an annual dinner.

In its place, we plan to host an EHCMA communications workshop later in 2020. Such a workshop is consistent with our continued focus on enhancing our emergency management, training, documentation, response and communication resources in 2020. We should have additional details confirmed over the next few months, at which time a formal invitation will be issued to our members and partners.

It is our hope that we can use this workshop as an opportunity to evaluate our communications activities and map out a strategy that ensures EHCMA’s messages effectively convey and complement its commitment to “Making Good.”
