New Form for Public Involvement Plan Requirements
Beginning Nov. 1, certain applicants will be required to submit a Public Involvement Plan. TCEQ has created a new form and instructions on how to complete the Public Involvement Plan for air, water, and waste approvals or activities.
Who Should Submit a Public Involvement Plan
Applicants who are applying for a new registration, permit, or activity, or who are making certain types of changes to an existing registration, permit, or activity, are required to complete a Public Involvement Plan.
