EHCMA Annual Workforce Development Golf Tournament Raises Projected $102,000

In late October, 112 golfers across 28 teams gathered at Houston’s Wildcat Golf Course to support workforce development initiatives. This year’s tournament, aided by 28 student volunteers from five colleges, created a valuable networking platform for industry executives, including seven leaders and three EHCMA Board members.

A sincere thankyou goes to EHCMA’s 36 sponsors, whose generosity helped raise a gross $114,756 from registrations with an additional $24,350 anticipated this month. With raffle and mulligan contributions expected to add around $9,000, the event is projected to achieve 95% of last year’s revenue, even with only one course in play this year. After expenses, net proceeds are projected at $102,000, all of which will be directed to advancing educational and workforce development programs in our community.
