Started in 2020 by Houston Wilderness, the Houston Ship Channel TREES Program is a 10-year , multi-partner collaboration working with municipalities & private businesses along the Houston Ship Channel and riparian corridors leading to Galveston Bay focused on enhanced ecosystem services through targeted large-scale tree plantings.
