Adaptive Construction Solutions (ACS) President Nick Morgan shares an overview of the veteran owned and staffed organization, whose mission is to provide meaningful work and debt-free career pathways to veterans and underserved populations. After serving in Iraq and learning firsthand the importance of transferrable skills for veterans returning to civilian life, Nick recognized the need for organizations such as ACS to get displaced veterans back into the workforce.
ACS works to provide a viable solution for at-risk veterans and individuals who have aged out of the foster system and have a desire to work. ACS recently provided financial support to the Construction and Maintenance Education Foundation to further their mission of developing and administering workforce development programs that increase the quality and availability of construction and maintenance employees.
