Rapid growth in the U.S. oil and gas industry is leading to expansion in manufacturing and refining, and increased employment opportunities for skilled positions in operations and maintenance.

Given this fast-paced industry growth, compounded by the anticipated retirement of a significant share of the workforce in the coming years, there is a critical need for trained personnel such as engineers, welders, millwrights, process technicians and others.
