Dear EHCMA Member:
As crisis communications is one of EHCMA’s key priorities in 2022, we are pleased to launch a series of quarterly Zoom webinars focused on ensuring all EHCMA members have the training, tools and resources necessary to effectively respond to internal and external stakeholders in the event of an emergency. Each webinar will address a specific crisis communications topic and is open to all members.
Our first webinar will take place on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 1 to 2 p.m. and will feature EHCMA Emergency Management Committee Chair Jeff Suggs providing an overview of the expectations for how industry should communicate when there is an incident; a summary of the E-Notify/CAER Online process; and tips for fostering better partnerships with city, county and agency officials.
This Zoom webinar is an excellent refresher for members planning to attend EHCMA’s in-person Crisis Communications Workshop on April 28, 2022 at the San Jacinto College LyondellBasell Center for Petrochemical, Energy & Technology.
