Member companies of the East Harris County Manufacturers Association are proud to support local area Community Advisory Panels (CAPs) and Citizens Advisory Councils (CACs).  These groups bring together industry representatives and community members with diverse backgrounds and views for open dialogue on relevant issues.  The panels meet on a regular basis to discuss topics such as plant operations, emergency response, odors and pollution, safety, health and the environment.
