Commitment to Safety:  Our organization was founded on the premise of safety and a commitment to provide a safe environment for our neighbors.  We promote a healthy exchange of dialogue and encourage open lines of communication between industry and the communities where we operate.  Members participate in 10 Community Advisory Panels (CAPS) across the region where plant safety, emergency preparedness and operations, and security are discussed.  Our Community Awareness Emergency Response (CAER) Line serves as a one-stop communication resource for the community to learn about member plant incidents that may occur.

Commitment to Training:  To help keep our facilities operating safely and reliably, we make a significant financial and resource investment to ensure our employees are properly and continuously trained, and that our equipment is inspected and operates safely.
